Im an avid traveler now living in Scotland, which means easy access to all of Europe. Spening my time now traveling to as much of this part of the world as I can!
Met a friend there who had flown from the states. We had both heard amazing things about this destination, and knew it was not as popular as other Euro destinations, so we figured we would give it a bash!
The Scottish Western Isles - particularly Isle of Skye - tend to show up on everyones bucket list. They are wild, rugged, otherworldy, and a nature-lover's playgorund. Being so close by, we decided to take a trip when our best friend from the States visted us here in Scotland.
I travelled to Kenya on a volunteer experience for 2 weeks and worked at an orphanage, but while I was there I was able to travel and experience so much of the culture. 4 of the days were spent doing travelling and experiencing Kenya
I currently live 2 hours away from Edinburgh in the Northeast of Scotland, and have frequently visited Edinburgh for fun, to stay with friends, and for the famed Fringe festival each August!
