Why we traveled here

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary!

Loved

  • We loved visiting the different yoga classes and studios
  • Biking up and down the jungle road visiting shops and little bars along the way was so fun!

Next time, I’d…

  1. 1We didn't really need a car. It was parked (valet by the hotel) most of the time and there's no parking on the jungle road. We walked or biked everywhere we went.
  2. 2We loved the jungle side, but I'd like to experience one of the beach huts next time at Encantada or Nest.

We flew into Cancun, rented a car and drove about 2 hours to Tulum. Our hotel was about 3/4 down the way of the "jungle road" that goes through Tulum. We pulled into our beautiful hotel, Radhoo. This hotel is part of the Namron Group which owns a few boutique hotels in Tulum. Radhoo is on the jungle side and has a gorgeous pool on property. Across the street is Encantado which is on the beach side and has a beach club. You can walk back and forth from both hotels.

After we walked around for a bit and explored the town, we went to a dinner at Hartwood which was delicious!
