Four Corners Road Trip

We had some spare time while visiting with my family after two years away and because my boyfriend is English and has only been to the States with me once before, I wanted to continue showing him around the country. We originally had three weeks so our plan was to head to Yosemite, but when our trip got cut short, I came up with the perfect ~2 week itinerary around the Four Corners to see places even I had never been before!

Cape Breton is one of the most picturesque places in Canada that we've always wanted to explore!

We were lucky enough to live in this area for the past year, and managed to gather a ton of insider tips on how to best navigate this beautiful spot on Canada's Atlantic coast.

We condensed our recommendations into a one-week itinerary. We'd recommend checking out each day and seeing if you want to add another day or two to travel a little slower and explore a specific area some more. Another day in the Highlands Park at minimum would be ideal.

We chose our Japan trip because we wanted a mix of culture, nature, and amazing food. Japan offered the perfect balance with vibrant cities like Tokyo and Kyoto, peaceful hot springs at a traditional ryokan in Hakone, and incredible meals from sushi to street snacks.
