Seeing the sea surrounding St. Andrews.
The Scottish museum gave us an appreciation for the Industrial Revolution.
Day 1
After a quick morning in Belfast (very cheap flight into Dublin and a short bus ride north), I hopped on a short flight to Edinburgh. The train into the city was easy to navigate, and the Intercontinental is right by a stop. We had a nice walk around the old town and hit the hay early!
Day 2
We went on a really fun tour with Edinburgh Running tours! Highly recommend! Then a tour of the castle and high tea- a must when in the UK!
Day 3
We took a day trip to St. Andrews- it was stunning! The ruins, the golf course by the sea, and the campus were awe inspiring! Take the train!
Day 4
A final day of shopping on George Street and food around Edinburgh.
